You’ve had your in-home consultation, you’ve asked your questions, we’ve shared considerable information, and you have concluded our discussion with “Sign me up.” Congratulations!
From this point the ball is 100% in our court. You don’t have to do a thing — no getting permits from your city, county or state. We have a department that handles that. Their area of expertise is to know and implement the differing requirements for permits or licenses for each of the states in which we operate.
Our Installation Department will contact you shortly after your order is placed to schedule an installation date with you. Most installations only take one day, with more complex jobs or those requiring an interim inspection by local authorities usually taking no more than two days.
Next, we make sure your product is delivered on-time and inspect it for any damages – prior to beginning installation. We’ll be there bright and early on the scheduled appointment day and we’ll take care of everything.
You don’t have to call in any other contractor or tradesperson for any part of the work. We handle that. We only use bonded, licensed and insured installers—the professionals who install our products are fully trained and certified. We also have our own network of plumbers, electricians and carpenters for situations where their expertise is required.
Last but not least, somebody needs to clean up after the work is complete. We handle that, too.
When the installation is complete, our team will have you inspect their work and correct anything that’s not to your satisfaction. Perhaps more importantly, they also will show you how to use your new product.
This is what we mean by providing full, ‘turnkey’ service. One call to AIHR handles it all!
