How We Work

MoniqueAs a full service, ‘turnkey’ solution provider, AIHR is a very easy company to work with. We are responsible for every part of the process for each product we sell, including securing necessary permits and licensing, taking measurements and doing the paperwork, to handling mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs and requirements, as well as carpentry needs. You don’t have to call anyone else in for any part of the job.

Our three-stage sales and service procedures are ones we’ve used for years, with a logical sequential order that has worked well for our customers.

  1. Our national call center is available for questions 6 days a week (closed on Sundays) and to set up free in-home consultations.
  2. At your convenience, we come to your home, explain everything, answer your questions, measure and inspect the installation area and related home systems, then offer you a firm quote and contract.
  3. Inside a month, our installation team (all licensed, bonded and insured) comes to your home with your new product and installs it. We clean up and carry away all the packaging, debris and trash. We’ll even vacuum behind ourselves – You’ll never know we were there (except for your shiny new product!).

Note we do not sell our products separately without installation. We’ve learned that a high level of training and expertise is required to properly install our products. Our ability to stand behind every product with our Lifetime Limited Warranty thus requires our performing the installation and clean-up.
